Zetech College Massive Lecturers Vacancies in Kenya

In line with the College’s vision to become a leading regional University by the year 2013, we are seeking to recruit suitably qualified candidates to fill the following teaching positions from January 2012;
1. Business Lecturer – Purchasing and Supplies Management
(1 Position)
Key Responsibilities
Among other duties, he/she will be responsible for:
- Teaching at degree level in the areas allocated by the Head of School and as reviewed from time to time
- preparing lecture notes
- evaluating the outcomes of individual learning through formal assessments or informal methods and constructive ensuring feedback is given
- ensuring the subject course outline is sufficiently covered
- participating in the development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments
- A minimum of a Masters degree in Purchasing and Supplies Management or any other relevant qualification from a recognized university.
- A first degree in Purchasing and Supplies Management, or any other related course from a recognized university.
- Those with professional qualification in purchasing and supplies will be given priority.
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a similar position.
- A strong team player
- Self driven
- Should have a passion for teaching
(1 Position)
Key Responsibilities
Among other duties, he/she will be responsible for:
- Teaching at degree level in the areas allocated by the Head of School and as reviewed from time to time
- preparing lecture notes
- evaluating the outcomes of individual learning through formal assessments or informal methods and constructive ensuring feedback is given
- ensuring the subject course outline is sufficiently covered
- participating in the development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments
- A minimum of a MBA degree in Strategic Management or Human Resources, or any other relevant qualification from a recognized university.
- A first degree in Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Education specializing in business, or any other related course from a recognized university.
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a similar position.
- A strong team player
- Self driven
- Should have a passion for teaching
(2 Positions)
Key Responsibilities
Among other duties, he/she will be responsible for:
- Teaching at degree level in the areas allocated by the Head of School and as reviewed from time to time
- preparing lecture notes
- evaluating the outcomes of individual learning through formal assessments or informal methods and constructive ensuring feedback is given
- ensuring the subject course outline is sufficiently covered
- participating in the development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments
- A minimum of an Msc. Information Technology, Information Systems or Computer Science degree from a recognized university
- A first degree in IT or related course from a recognized university.
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a similar position.
- A strong team player
- Self driven
- Should have a passion for teaching
(1 Position)
Key Responsibilities
Among other duties, he/she will be responsible for:
- Teaching at degree level in the areas allocated by the Head of School and as reviewed from time to time
- preparing lecture notes
- evaluating the outcomes of individual learning through formal assessments or informal methods and constructive ensuring feedback is given
- ensuring the subject course outline is sufficiently covered
- participating in the development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments
- Mentor the students in their line of studies
- A minimum of a Masters degree in Communication Studies, Public Relations, or other relevant area from a recognized university.
- A first degree in Media Studies (broadcast option) or related course from a recognized university which should have covered media graphic design.
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a similar position.
- A strong team player
- Self driven
- Should be able to comfortably teach digital graphic and design
