We are seeking a temporary secretary for a firm in Nairobi Kenya for about four months during which period the person currently holding the position will be on maternity leave.
The gross salary will be Ksh 25,000 and below are the qualifications;
Diploma in Secretarial or Business Management.
Over 3 years office management experience.
Office management experience in a technical field will be an added advantage.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite/Outlook/Internet use.
Excellent telephone manners,verbal and written communication skills.
Honest,reliable and very discreet.
Ability to work under pressure.
Maintains a professional and positive demeanor at all times.
Over 28 years of age.
Start date for employment is 23rd May 2011.
