A fast growing multinational MFI which provides structured finance is seeking to recruit experienced and result oriented individuals to fill the following positions;
Team Leaders- Reporting to the sales manager, the successful candidates will be responsible for recruiting, training and managing teams performance.
Academic & professional qualifications
- A business related diploma/bachelor’s degree.
- Working knowledge in a microfinance or a banking institution.
- Work experience in a similar position for 1-3 years.
Regional Sales Manager- Reporting to the Head of sales and marketing, the successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training and ensuring business growth in the Eastern and Coast parts of Kenya.
Academic & professional qualifications
- A business related bachelor’s degree.
- Working knowledge in a microfinance or a banking institution.
- Work experience in a similar position for 2-5 years
