In line with Faulu’s commitment in growing internal talent, we are seeking a high caliber professional to fill the above exciting career opportunity that exists within the organization.
This is a challenging but fulfilling position where the position holder will be based at the Business Support Centre in Nairobi with frequent travel to all Faulu Branches.
Minimum Qualifications
Academic Qualifications: A Degree or Higher Diploma in Criminology, Security Management or equivalent.
Knowledge and Skills: Clear understanding of fraud Investigations, reporting writing and computer literacy a must. Knowledge of banking policies and procedures highly valued.
Driving proficiency required.
Driving proficiency required.
Experience: Two years exposure in a similar position/field.
Key Roles and Expectations
Reporting to the Security Manager the Security Officer’s Key responsibilities include;
- Formulation of appropriate security policies and procedures to guide bank operations.
- Prevention, detection and investigation of all reported fraud cases.
- Collection and coloration of Crime trends and appropriately disseminate it to the business.
- Training staff on fraud management and general security.
- Liaison with Law enforcement agencies for necessary action on security issues.
- Providing proper and continuous liaison between the Bank and external security agencies.
- Advising the Banks line managers correctly on the implementation of bank security detail
- Represent the bank in all security forums with a view to sharing and understanding emerging crime trends in the market.
- Undertake Security Survey.
- Occasionally assisting in vetting all staff to confirm compliance with all security measures.
- Undertake any other assignments allocated from time to time.

- A team player who is willing to learn, a fast learner preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Strong Christian values, commitment and passion for the transformation of the low income population.

am holder higher diploma public prosecution,diploma public prosecution and working in the department of Administration Police Attached legal office and i will have like to apply but two days late,sir/madam kindly allow me to submit my CV to try my look because i know am competent enough for the job.
