Develop & up skilling of effective sales force.
Planning & delivery of Sales Volumes, margins, ensuring full & profitable utilization of secondary distribution resources.
Full brand distribution & facilitation of information flow.
Strengthen all the interface of trade both internal & external.
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in business related field from a reputable university.
Postgraduate Dip. in sales related field with min.2 yrs exp. In a busy FMCG field.
Aged between 25 yrs & 35 year, computer literate, aggressive, honest, a team player with excellent communication & people management skills.
Reporting to the sales manager, Must be able to drive sales volumes, brand distribution & building a positive relation with trade.
Dip. in sales or related field with 2yrs exp .in a busy FMCG field.
Below 30yrs, aggressive, Honest, and a team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
Possession of a clean Driving license class BCE 2yrs will be a plus..
