Our client, a leading furniture provider to commercial and residential customers, seeks to recruit a qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of Sales Coordinator.
Develop and maintain business relationship with clients, sales executives and corporate accounts contact
persons, and report on any significant/persistent concerns to management.
Identify potential customers i.e. corporate and individual, monitor their enquiries, and work with them to develop appropriate products.
Introduce new products to clients and investigate any needs that are not being satisfied by our client and note customer’s specific requirements/suggestions for discussion with the sales and management team.
Prepare and submit product itineraries to Sales Manager and compile the reports
Continually monitor competitor activities and report to the Head of Sales and Marketing for action.
Receive and record complaints/concerns raised by clients and liaise with the Showroom Manager to ensure that these are investigated and necessary internal action taken.
Prepare quotations, send to client and carry out follow ups on the quotation with the client to ensure that the client has sufficient information to make a purchase decision.
Degree in business management or equivalent
Diploma in sales/ marketing
2 –3 years sales experience
Relationship building and maintenance skills
Communication and interpersonal skills
Problem solving skills
Market intelligence collection and providing feedback
