With a view to ensuring that all products manufactured comply with established quality standards, our client a well established pharmaceutical manufacturing company wishes to fill the following two critical positions:-
Quality Control Manager – a pharmacist

The successful candidate’s principal responsibility will be to ensure that all the specified and relevant tests as well as quality control processes on all materials and products are not only carried out but also verified.
Other key responsibilities include being the GMP administrator, reviewing adequacy of in-process tests/procedures/controls and ensuring that the required documentation is complete and up to date.
We invite applications from Kenya citizens who hold a university degree in pharmacy and are duly registered with the Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board.
They should have at least 3 years pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, excellent skills in planning, organising & controlling work, and being thoroughly familiar with GMP requirements.
Analytical Chemist

Reporting to the Quality Control Manager, the Analytical Chemist will take all samples as specified, carry out quality control tests, document and disseminate the results.
He/she will also carry out plant wide inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Applicants should be Kenya citizens, hold a Bachelor of Science(Chemistry/Microbiology) or similar degree and have not less than 3 years experience acquired in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant; preference will be given to candidates some of whose experience includes laboratory microbiological procedures.
