Mind of Life Insurance Coverage
The Mind of Life Insurance Coverage will result in leading and growing a lucrative book of Existence business, while keeping focused on distribution, product innovation, prices and repair excellence.
Key tasks includes:
Spearheading the lucrative development of Life Insurance Coverage Business with the various distribution channels.
Monitoring and enhancing the Existence procedures to make sure maximum efficiency and exemplary client service in Underwriting, Policy Benefits Administration, Client Goods and service Development.
Controlling the Actuarial and Financial Confirming functions in liaison using the internal and exterior actuaries.
Education and Experience: . .
A Masters or perhaps a Bachelor’s degree in business related area having a professional qualification either in Actuarial Science or Existence Office Management (e.g. FCII, FLMI, Chartered Insurance provider, ACII, etc.).
10 years’ relevant life insurance coverage experience of a leadership/management position.
Understanding of legislation regulating insurance in Burundi, Kenya, Uganda & Tanzania is going to be an additional advantage.
Micro-insurance Executive
The Micro-insurance Executive will result in developing proper & mutually advantageous associations with MFIs & development agencies within the informal sector and developing business through this funnel.
Key tasks includes:
Developing associations with key partners.
Developing strategic business plans and methods, and producing sales consistent with set targets.
Developing new items consistent with market needs.
Education and Experience
College degree.
Strong history in selling and purchasers management.
Must have labored a minimum of five years inside a Microfinance institution inside a management role, with responsibility for sales and repair.
Senior Procedures Analyst
The Senior Procedures Analyst works with business teams to define efficient processes and
assess performance and excellence of delivery.
Key tasks includes:
Understanding current business needs and re-engineering ways to increase efficiency.
Selling and calculating turnaround occasions.
Taking part in quality performance reviews.
Education and Experience:
College degree in commerce, financial aspects or business related area.

Branch & Agency Procedures Manager
The Branch & Agency Procedures manager will result in growing a lucrative book of Non-existence business, while keeping focused on product distribution, sales targets and repair excellence.

Bancassurance Executive
The Bancassurance Executive is going to be responsible fordeveloping proper & mutually advantageous associations with banking partners and developing business through this funnel.
Key tasks includes:
Spearheading the lucrative development of bancassurance business.
Developing and applying the Bancassurance model within banks for mutual benefit.
Monitoring sales, quality and persistency from the investment portfolios.
Education and Experience:
College degree in commerce, financial aspects or business related area.
Strong history in selling and purchasers management with a minimum of five years either in a senior existence sales or retail banking management role.
On the job Bancassurance experience is desirable.
Property Project Manager
The Home Project Manager will result in controlling Jubilee’s qualities inside the Group, including project management software for brand new construction, makeovers, and establishment of branches and agency offices.
Key tasks includes:
Correctly Project management software, and making certain projects are completed promptly and within budget.

Relevant College degree.
