Is in search of a dynamic sales Rep, who would be reporting to the Agency Manager – General Insurance Business, the incumbent will be responsible for building and establishing a strong brand identity for ultimate sales and profitability performance.
Key Accountabilities
• Identify markets, schedule meetings with potential clients and follow up on the developed accounts.
• Provide a consultative approach to create an innovative solution(s) that best fits the needs of each individual & corporate client.
• Sell the company’s General Insurance products and maintain consistency in production.
• Develop, manage and grow the key accounts in the corporate and individual market established.
• Submit weekly reports and avail status updates to the Agency Manager.
Qualifications and experience
• A strong post secondary qualification
• Good knowledge and application of computer programs especially word, Excel & power-point will be an added advantage
• Effective communication and presentation skills with fluency in English
• Aged 25 years & above
