Job Description
ICT waste recycling company ZILLIONMET is looking for a Warehouse Manager.
Job Purpose:
Warehouse Manager will oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
He/She will ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.
He/she will plan the arrangement of goods within the warehouse and organize special requirements for certain stock.
Qualifications and Skills Required: Supervision, Developing Budgets, Safety Management, Developing Standards, Managing Processes, Surveillance Skills, Inventory Control, Reporting Skills, Analyzing, Information, Equipment Maintenance, and Judgment. Driving license.
Duties:
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
- Keeps stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements.
- Produces regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;
- Ensures the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment;
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring securityprocedures and protocols.
- Oversees the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment.
