Job Description
Position / Job Title:Marketer / Sales Person
Job Purpose
To bring in new clients, his/her own efforts of meeting new people and to follow up on the Reference provided by manager
He/she will be representing the manager when he is not around or held up in other events.
Dimensions:
Number of Subordinates: Directly reporting to the manager
Nature and Scope:
The sales person key focus will include:
- Bringing in new clients
- Provide quality service and promises made to clients
- Maintaining relations with clients
Principle Account abilities:
The Sales person will be accountable for.
Growth of the company and increase of sales for the Company
Skills and Competencies
- Degree in marketing
- Experience 1-5.years in Printing or any other manufacturing line. We will train him accordingly.
- Strong computer skills – MS Office and MS Outlook
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal. Speaks well in English and Swahili
- Capacity to analyze customer needs and offers solutions
Other attributes
Gross salary to be discussed depending on how much effort he/ she puts in. We are ok to work as long as work comes in
