Request for Expression of Interests (EOI) for SAP Post-Implementation Audit
EOI Ref No: GDC/HQS/EOI/061/2012-2013
Geothermal Development Company (GDC) is 100% state-owned corporation registered under the Companies Act (CAP 486) .The Company has implemented an ERP/SAP system and intends to engage a consultant to carry out a SAP post-implementation audit.
GDC invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing this Service.
Interested consultants must provide information indicating their qualification to carry out the task.
Consultants may constitute joint-ventures to enhance their chances of qualification.
Interested consultants are required to submit their applications in English language with the following specific qualification requirements:
a) A brief profile of the consultant/firm including description of the firm or consortium members’ incorporation details (Articles and Memorandum of Association, Certificate of Incorporation, Joint Ventures Agreements etc.)
b) A description of relevant past experience of the firm/joint ventures in carrying out at least two (2) similar assignments in the last five (5) years.
c) Availability of appropriate skills among staff, provide CVs of key staff proposed for the assignment.
N/B
All firms that were involved in the implementation of the SAP/ERP system for GDC are not eligible.
Only firms shortlisted under this procedure will be invited to submit their technical and financial proposals.

and deposited in the tender Box provided on the 2nd Floor, GDC Riverside Office, not later than 25th March 2013 at 2.00PM (1400Hrs).
The responses will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of firms representatives who choose to attend at GDC Riverside Boardroom.
Late applications will not be accepted.
