Golden Africa Kenya Limited is seeking to recruit competent and qualified individuals to fill the following positions:-
Marketing Manager
Location : Nairobi
Reporting To : General Manager

Job Description:
This position has primary responsibility for planning and implementing Marketing & business development strategies for FMCG business of a Multinational Company in Kenya
- Manage and coordinate all business development, marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for future products
- Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
- Develop and implement business development, marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
- Manage the productivity of the business development & marketing plans and projects
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
- Develop pricing strategy
- Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
- Liaison with media and advertising
- Build and Manage Internal and External relationship
Desired Skills & Experience:
- A first Degree in Business (Marketing Option) from a recognizable University
- A Post graduate in Sales, Marketing with excellent records
- At least 10 years of working experience in the related field with minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar position in FMCG/Edible oil industry.
- Hands on experience on project management
- Demonstrates front-line leadership skills with proven, positive results required
- High aptitude for comprehending country based business models and proactively designing strategies and solutions to address the corresponding opportunities
- Excellent understanding of business processes and designing marketing requirements to establish brands in the markets
- Competitive and upbeat attitude with a drive to succeed
- Proactive, self-motivated, enthusiastic, responsible, attentive to detail, accountable, professional, relentless work ethic
- Innovative, forward thinker
- Dynamic presentation ability and stellar communication skills
- Exceptional creativity and demonstrable history of idea development
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey strategies and know how to achieve desire goals to the team
Electrical Technicians
Location : Nairobi
Reporting To : Electrical Engineer
Qualifications:
Reporting To : Electrical Engineer
Qualifications:
- Electrical Technicians hold Government Trade Test III in Electrical installation
- Holding certificate of installation that is issued by Energy Regulatory Commission.
- Experience in industrial and domestic installation.
