PRASOL is looking for in the following areas:
- Organizational Development
- Project Development/Management
- Project Proposal writing and reviews
- Project Report Writing and reviews
- Desk Studies
- Baseline Surveys
- Project Evaluation, reviews
- Impact Assessments,
- Environmental, Social Impact Assessments
Qualifications/Skills:
- Degree in development studies, management, social sciences/community development/project management or related field.
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in project management, organizational development, project reviews, evaluation, baseline surveys, report writing, proposal writing etc.
- Strong analytical, planning, organizational skills.
- Must be a self-motivated and reliable person who can work with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in basic computer packages
- Good communication/presentation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to work well in a team.
