General Manager: Sales & Business Development

Location: Nairobi & MombasaOur client is a premiere hospitality and real estate solutions provider building a high end 5 star residential resort.

They are seeking to hire an industry survy General Manager for the Sales & BD department
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for running the company profitably
  • Driving the sales & marketing operations
  • Handle sales of high end luxury apartments
  • Handling foreign visitors coming to the country on holiday
  • Keep abreast of the country’s tourism circuit
  • Grow business in the company through purchase of the apartments
  • Handle site visits, house viewing
  • Communicating with potential clients describing facilities
Qualifications & Skills
  • Undergraduate degree in Business /Sales /Marketing/ hospitality/ real-estate
  • At least 5 years experience 2 in a supervisory role
  • Previous experience in real estate/ hotel industry
  • Ability to deal with high end clientele
  • Person of integrity
  • Excellent communication skills
