Role

Responsible for all business development activities ranging from lead generation till revenue recognition from the specified business vertical / geographic location.

Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement the Sales Plan to achieve / expand sales & customer base in the specified segment
  • Manage assigned key accounts to ensure achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation and long term account goals
  • Responsible for the sales of Dhanush Infotech suite of products and services with a focus on the high-end corporate market
  • Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from larger competitors
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales and follow up activities within the assigned territory, including the use of Microsoft Outlook (MS CRM) and other sales tools to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potential
  • Proactively suggest measures helpful in generating Sales
  • Achieve sales targets set on a periodic basis
  • Act as the brand ambassador while representing the Company and generate sales using acceptable and ethical practices
  • Must be completely hands-on in terms of market / competitor info and strategize / help strategize sales activities / strategies, accordingly
  • Work closely with onsite & offshore teams for completing the tasks
  • Manage & Coach the team(s) as needed and appropriate
  • Periodic / Adhoc reporting
