A leading Pharmaceutical Company is looking for suitable candidates to fill the following positions at the Coast Region:
1. Regional Sales Manager
Job profile
· Retention of current customer base
· New business development
· Manage, motivate, coach and develop the medical and sales representatives who report to YOU.
· Sales forecasting, objective sting and budget management for your region and its territories
· Manage client relationships throughout all the sales cycles.
· Conduct CMEs
Person profile
· A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in science
· Comprehensive understanding of pharmacology
· At least 5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, evidence of market knowledge with 2 years served as Pharmaceutical Sales Manager
· Must be able to demonstrate sales record at high level of achievement
· Analytical skill set, computer literate, strong presentation skills, ability to interact at levels.
· Ability to self motivate, multi task and work independently.
· Well developed interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
· Aged 30 years and above
2. Medical Representative
Minimum Requirements
· A Bachelor’s degree, preferably BSc Chem / BioChem / Pharmacy OR Dip. Pharmacy (Pharmaceutical Technologist)
· Comprehensive understanding of health sciences like pharmacology
· Analytical skill set, computer literate, strong presentation skills, ability to interact at levels.
· At least 3 years experience in the pharmaceutical or health care industry
· Proven ability to promote and sell products and services
