The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:-
- University degree in Social Sciences
- Higher Diploma in Human Resources
- Member of IHRM (K)
- Masters degree an added advantage.
- 3 years working experience
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as a team
- Attention to detail and a good sense of procedures
- IT tools proficient in the processing of information and communication
- An efficient organizer
- A great sense of initiative and creativity in carrying out assignments
- Good analytical and writing skills,
