Graduate Trainees
We are a small but growing Insurance firm in Kenya seeking to recruit fresh graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Programme.
The programme is designed to provide trainees with a unique and valuable experience to develop into future leadership roles within the Company.
The trainees will get the opportunity to gain practical insight of the insurance business through on-the-job training, external training programmes, coaching and mentoring, with the main aim of providing them with a balanced training that will lead to a rewarding career in the Company.
Qualifications
•Fresh university graduates
•Degree in — Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Law, IT, Actuarial Science or any other related degree from a recognized university
•Keen interest in developing a career in Insurance
Interpersonal Abilities: Leadership qualities, Communication skills, Sociability and Empathy.
Personal Attributes: Responsibility, Integrity and Time-management.
Computer: Internet, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power-point.
