Dynamic People Consulting: Assistant Brand Manager
The Assistant Brand Manager will be responsible for the following:-
Closely monitor and analyze market share trends and competitive activity;
Assist in the development and execution of various initiatives to profitably increase consumption within budgeted parameters;
Assist in the identification and development of business building ideas and work with other business unit team members to execute the plans that meet the clients criteria;
Coordinate product management and/or cost reduction projects with internal and external resources to achieve results (product development, product planning, market research and advertising agencies)
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in relevant field;
- Understanding of market research;
- 2 – 3 years working experience;
- Analytical and problem solving skills;
- Communication skills (written and oral);
- Multifunctional skill base (financial, operations as well as marketing);
- Persuasiveness and tenacity to sell ideas;
- High level of initiative and assertiveness;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Strong verbal and written skills;
- Excellent organizational skills.
