• Minimum 1.5 years work experience with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must possess critical sales skills.

• Ability to work under minimal /no supervision
• Be willing to work under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills – efficient and quick
• Ready to work purely on Commissions.
• Insurance knowledge and experience will be an added advantage
