This job is based in Mombasa.
- Preparing cheques
- Creating budgets
- Calculating billing statements
- Preparing and submitting tax forms
- Compiling financial records
- Managing inventory records
- Processes all A/R invoices
- Responsible for reconciliation of invoice subledger control accounts
- Process expense forms
- Manage petty cash
- Administrative Roles
- Answering the telephone
- Assisting visitors
- Managing appointments
- Managing the office
- Supervising other staff members
- Maintain file system
- Distributes all incoming and out going mail
- Previous experience in an Accounts office.
- Strong Microsoft and Excel skills
- Good organisation and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Able to multitask & to meet deadlines independently
