Nairobits Trust is an institution that deals with training ICT skills to vulnerable youth from informal areas. It was established about 10 years ago with a vision of empowering youth by placing them on the cutting edge of technology and improving their lives by increasing their chances in the job Market.
Since its establishment, the organization has trained about 6,000 youth most of whom have found jobs in the formal sector. Nairobits is internationally recognized and has won several prestigious awards. Financially Nairobits has multiple donors that have different budgeting and reporting requirements.
Nairobits is seeking an experienced, highly self-motivated General Manager who is passionate about ICT, a strategic and tactical thinker to be responsible for overseeing the coordination and administration of all aspects of the Nairobits programs including planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling program activities.
