Should have Architectural background as opposed to Civil Engineering.
Experience in project management training and procurement.
International exposure in Dubai would be an added advantage
Ability to communicate in Gujarat, Punjab and Hindu is an advantage
10 years working experience
Types of projects managed : ranges from hotel, villas, real estates or any other project that arises from time to time.
Property side
Work with architects & ensure they identify new projects
Compliance (legal) for building work
Analyse Cost
AutoCAD Background
On site Manager of all projects liaison between contractor and architects in office
Salary: Kshs. 200, 000 Gross
Deadline: 15th June 2012
